Some cracker jokes just don't work.

Yes I'm back from the big smoke of Dublin, and it's only now that I have internet access.

Now can someone please explain to me why all the "kids" in Dublin are tucking the bottom of their pants (jeans, tracksuit bottoms etc.) in to their socks to replicate the "jogpants" look of a primary school uniform?
